Gigabyte’s latest M912x TabletPC is built like its predecessors, sporting its 8.9-inch touchscreen with 1280 x 768 resolution. But what sets it apart is its appearance that gave it name, a gold paint job that makes it an absolute eye candy. Its screen swivels around 180 degrees, too. Extravagance is a selling factor, and I’m sure this baby has the right amount to attract buyers.
Configuration:
8.9-inch touchscreen with 1280 x 768 resolution
Intel 945GSE chipset
1.6 GHz Atom processor
1 GB DDR2 RAM
160 GB of HDD
4500 mAh Lithium-ion battery
1.3 MP camera
3-in-1 card reader
Bluetooth 2.0 support
Today’s largest screen in a laptop, this big boy from Acer looks more like a desktop that folds away and is good to go anywhere. Seeing a picture of Aspire 9810-6994 doesn’t show its hugeness, so one must see it for one’s self to witness its imposing size. Watching movies in this goliath is super great, thanks to its, of course, screen, and its front speakers and integrated subwoofer. Its power is more than decent, but don’t ask gamers about it because I’m sure they hoped for a better video card.
Configuration:
2.16-GHz Intel Core 2 Duo T7400
2GB Ram
240GB Hard Disk at 5,400 rpm
HD-DVD, DVD+/-R
20.1 inches/1680 x 1050
Nvidia GeForce Go 7600/256MB
Samsung goes sexy this time as Hugo Boss teams up to give us the F480 Tocco Hugo Boss. This new eye-candy is a tri-band phone with HSDPA 7.2Mbps support and an ample 2.8″ touchscreen QVGA display. It boasts a 5 megapixel camera with autofocus, power LED flash, image and video stabilization. It also supports different file formats of audio and video. And to sweeten the deal, the TouchWiz user interface and navigation tops the icing in this cake.
After months of speculations, Sony has finally demoed their latest baby. The PS3mote is Wii-like, user friendly and perfect for tennis, baseball games and their ilk. Four remotes can be connected at a time, making it perfect for you and your friends on those lonely weekend nights. The only disadvantage, though, is the need for a tripod that has to bee connected to the PS3’s USB port.
