Molotov Alva, the major character is patterned by its own Film Maker: Douglas Gayeton. The movie is all about Molotov who enters the 3D world and left the real world searching who He is because he has lost his memory. This movie inspires Film Makers to do such a unique movie.

Actor Emilio Garcia would be playing the role of a gay man in the new film Eskandalo, which is being directed by Joven Tan. He will have another hunk actor, Andrew Schimmer, as on-screen partner. The new film is being reported to be inspired by a recent youtube video scandal in the country.

FHM Covergirl Precious Adona is now tagged “Playmate ng Bayan”. The sexy star, who is with Viva Artist Agency, will be appearing in the movie Torotot opposite Yul Servo, and which also casts Baron Geisler, Maui Taylor, and Anton Bernardo. The movie has a June 18 target playdate.

Mega-daughter KC Concepcion signed a movie contract yesterday, May 22, for the 2009 Valentine film offering of GMA Films and Regal Entertainment.

The movie, with a working title When I Met You, will be directed by Jose Javier Reyes, and will team KC up again with Richard Gutierrez.

Heart Evangelista will no longer play as daughter of Ai-ai delas Alas in “Tanging Ina Ninyong Lahat”, sequel to “Tanging Ina” produced by ABS-CBN.  The reason is that Heart recently moved to GMA 7.  However, Marvin Agustin (another ‘transferee’ to GMA 7 was allowed to be cast in this Wenn Derama film.  Both Heart and Marvin played children of Ai-ai in the first “Tanging …” movie. By August this year, Ai-ai is expected to start shooting her movie with ex-president Erap Estrada.

GMA7 Kapuso’s hit loveteam Marian Rivera and Dingdong Dantes are looking forward to doing a movie together, now with talks of their new film, with another GMA talent Ms. Iza Calzado.

Classic actress G. Toengi has made her way into the international showbiz world via her film “Canvas” , directed by Arlene Bogna  and produced by Women in Film. At the 41st Annual Worldfest-Houston International Film Festival, “Canvas” received the 2008 Remi Award.  A couple of months back, this G. Toengi starrer was shown at the Regal Arbor Cinema in Austin, Texas.  The movie, for the benefit of the charitable group ‘A Window Between Worlds’, was also shown at the New York International Independent Film and Video Festival.

All-time idol Harrison Ford plays anew the role of an adventurous archeologist in the latest series of Indiana Jones  —-  “Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of Crystal Skull”. Ford was first noticed as Hans Solo in Star Wars. Among his more popular movies are Air Force I, The Fugitive, Apocalypse Now, American Graffiti and Patriot Games.  He was awarded as Star of the Century by the American National Association of Theater Owners in 1994 and was given the American Film Institute Lifetime Achievement Award by Golden Globe in 2002, plus three People’s Choice awards.
