Climax Films features another digital film entry that stars Paolo Rivero, Janvier Daily, Andrew Miguel and Survivor Castaway Kaye Alipio. It is a story of Brothers-in-Law Nilo and Rhennan who will get involve in a crime where Nilo accidentally killed her wife. The two decided to run from the law and became fugitives. They will also develop a rmance through their journey. “Bayaw” was directed by Monti Parungao and to be screened in CCP Theater this coming July 21, 2009.

Regal Films has finally made the final title for the upcoming movie of GMA-7 loveteam Kris Bernal and Aljur Abrenica. The entire film will be shoot in Bohol. Other stars in the movie includes Lloyd Samartino, Valeen Montenegeo Baron Geisler, Anton Bernardo and Ana Capri. The movie will be directed by Maryo J. de los Reyes.

Rosalinda lead star Carla Abellana will be having her first launching movie under Regal Films. The said movie was first offered to Ai-Ai de las Alas and Eugene Domingo but because of unavoidable circumstances, Carla got the role.

This is the continuation of the story of Robert Langdon,  a symbolist who only have a 12- hour race to finish a quest.  Tom Hanks, as Robert Langdon still reprises his role for the upcoming film adaptation of Columbia Pictures.  ” The Lost Symbol ” is about to release this coming September 15, 2009.

Third installment of the 3D Animated movie Ice Age 3: Dawn of the Dinosaurs grossed up to P36.5 Millions on its 3 days of showing in Cinemas nationwide last July 3. The much-awaited comedy animated movie was the 3rd installment of the 20th Century Fox and Warner Bros. A story of Mammoths named Manny and Ellie together with Sid and Sloth, their pre-historic friends will have a close encounter with the enormous dinosaurs. It is still showing in theaters and was recommended as a very good film for the family.

A Grown-up harry Potter, Danielle Radcliffe , together with his co-stars appeared on their Red Carpet premiere held in London last Tuesday for the 6th installment of their movie, Harry Potter and the half-blood Prince. The film opens public in Europe on July 15, and in the United States and Japan two days later. Rupert Grint, who plays Ron Weasley, also attended the premiere after recovering from a mild case of swine flu last week. Meanwhile, Radcliffe revealed that the Harry Potter Films is about to end in 2011 as they were about to film the final movie “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince shows raging teenage hormones stalking the corridors of Hogwarts school and sets the scene for the looming final battle between Harry and his nemesis Lord Voldemort. Eugene Domingo was very excited for her upcoming movie Kimmy Dora ( Kambal sa Kyeme ) where she will be playing a dual role. Aside from her movie being produced by Piolo Pascual, she will be paired too Dingdong Dantes as her leading men. Her friends Ai-Ai and Pokwang will also have a cameo role in the movie as they support Eugene. Kimmy and Dora is a story of a well-off twins who are vying to be the successor of their family business, the Dodonghei Group of Companies. It is a story of Cara, a girl who has a unique gift of predicting what would happen on the future through her grandmother’s Tarot Cards. But eventually, it will unleashed a curse that will bring life’s misfortunes and Cara must have to unlocks its secret. ” Tarot ” was directed by Jun Lana. The controversial digital film ” Bente ” that stars Jinggoy Estrada, Emilio Garcia and Richard Gomez. The film is about a crusading broadcaster exposing anomalies in government, particularly that of a mayor who was his classmate and good friend when both were still in college. This story is quite close to reality as it happened mostly to our broadcasters that became victims of judicial killings. Bente was graded “A” by the Cinema Evaluation Board, directed by Mel Chionglo, it will be shown in theaters tomorrow in Cinemas nationwide.

The much awaited New Moon, the second book from Stephenie Meyer, is coming this November in theaters, But this coming August, they will be working out for its 3rd installment, Eclipse. The story would still focus on Bella and Edward, but this time Jacob will intervene. The movie is set to be make at Vancouver starring Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner. Hopefully they will release it on June 30 next year.

It is a story of four teeangers who will experienced dark journey into the unknown as four friends – Jake, Shaina, Geoff and Maja – wander into a villa which is wrapped in mysteries. All of them will experience a very frightful encounter with the unknown creatures of that place. Comedienne Eugene Domingo will star on her first lead role in a movie through Kimy Dora ( Kambal Sa Kyeme! ). Eugene showed her acting prowess in comedy through ” Ang Tanging Ina Ninyong Lahat” and in a serious role in MMK. She’s now paired with Anjo Yllana in Cool Center. She will be paired by Dingdong Dantes as her love ineterest in the movie, together with Paolo Contis, Miriam Quiambao and Baron Geisler.
