Sandra Seifert,a Filipina- German Model was crowned as Ms.Philippines 2008 last night at the Arena Entertainment and Recreational Center in San Juan City.Seifert bested more than 40 other candidates to win the pageant and will represent the Philippines for Miss Earth 2009 pageant this coming October.Seifert hails from Negros Occidental and it will be recalled recently,she was disqualified to join the Bb.Pilipinas Pageant because of her sexy pictorial on a men’s magazine.Sandra, as the titleholder, will dedicate her year to promote environmental projects and to address issues concerning the environment.
