Rico Blanco tweeted this matter on his twitter account few days ago and also mentioned that he still giving Gibo’s Team the benefit of the doubt as Rico Blanco’s camp is already talking to Teodoro’s team to sort the issue.

It was also reported that Teodoro’s camp paid former Rivermaya’s Manager for the rights to use the said musical piece and so they believe its okay to use the song. Check scanned license here.
