Typhoon Crising is about to bring rains in SOUTHERN Luzon and other parts of the country.typhoon “Crising” was spotted 380 km. off San Jose Occidental Mindoro with maximum sustained winds of 55 kph.Its going to be the third typhoon to enter the country after “Auring” which blew in on the first week of January and “Bising” which hit in February according to weather forecaster Rene Pamil.

The PAG-ASA warned the public against flashfloods and landslides as rains would continue to pour over Luzon and the Visayas in the next five days because of the 2 low pressure areas.The LPA’s are located 90 kms east of Casiguran, Aurora and 70 kms west of Dagupan City or 80 kms northwest of Iba, Zambales.However,they were expecting that it would change its direction to the Pacific Ocean.

Were suppose to enjoy the summer heat this months but there are abnormalities we were experiencing right now.since yesterday we had rains over Manila and some other part of Central and Southern Luzon and in Visayas.This Phenomenon was also an effect of ITCZ and the sightings of “La Nina Phenomenon”,more or less we will be having an early rainy season.
