Cebu Pacific Air announced its newest Seat Sale which they call it Handle with Fare promo. The target travel date for the said promo fare is the second half of December which is Dec. 15, 2012 – Mar 15, 2013 for the domestic flight and Travel Period: Jan. 1 – Apr. 30, 2013 for the International Flight The promo fare is expected to run Up to Nov. 20, 2012 or until seats last.
