In line with the celebration of the 30th National Disability Prevention and Rehabilitation Week, local music icon Nonoy Zuñiga will lead fifteen women and fifteen men in the the 3-km and 5-km Wheelchair Race event organized by the National Council for Disability Affairs this coming July 20, 2008 at the Quezon Memorial Circle.

The theme of the week-long celebration is “Kapag May Access, May Success”.
