Sam  Concepcion will be celebrating his 16th birthday through a solo concert entitled “I’ll Find Your Heart” on October 18, 2008 at the Music Museum. The concert is produced by STAGES under the musical direction of Criss Buenviaje and the direction of Audie Gemora.

According to Sam this concert is for all the Samsters who supported his career since he started going into showbiz.  Sam will also be joined by “Pinoy Dream Academy’s” Iñaki Ting and Bea Muñoz other surprise guests.
