Pnoy has issued another executive order stating that the CICT and all its attached agencies will be renamed into the Information and Communications Technology Office (ICTO), which will be supervised by the Department of Science and Technology (DOST).

quite boggling, to think that he just named a new commissioner for the CICT last June 20, 2011..
