Judy Anne Santos’ Ploning is the official Philippine entry to this year’s Oscars. The film got chosen by the Film Academy of the Philippines (FAP) over another, Sharon Cuneta’s Caregiver, as entry to the prestigious international award-giving body.

Ploning is produced by Jourdan Sebastian and Guia Gonzales, and directed by Dante Nico Garcia .
