Filipino Journey frontman Arnel Pineda is here in Manila. The singer, originally from Pampanga, performed for no less than President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo, today in Malacanang. Arnel, who performed “Open Arms” for the President, because an international star after having been discovered in YouTube.
