Dept. of Agriculture Secretary Arthur Yap joined fiorces with the Gawad Kalinga movement in expanding his “Gulayan Program”.Through this,families from rainfed areas and low income provinces will benefit this program.They also got sponsors who will adopt some farms for them.Implementation of this will begin on May.
