Former Secretary Josephine “Jocjoc” Bolante (Department of Agriculture) will be coming back to Manila tomorrow, after his request for political asylum abroad was rejected. Meanwhile, Senate President ordered the arrest of the former Secretary.

It will be remembered that Bolante flew to the US in the middle of the fertilizer scam controversy.
