Former Boyfriend of Comedienne Kitkat, Alfred Lumanlan was issued a warrant of arrest from the Quezon City RTC who is now facing qualified theft charges for stealing Kitkat’s money and several pieces of jewelry amounting to P279,000. Judge Rosanna Fe Maglaya of QC RTC Branch 88 issued the said warrant of arrest. According to Kitkat’s complaint, the incident took place in the early morning of Nov. 11, 2008 when she and the respondent had an argument over her missing money. She entrusted to the respondent the responsibility of receiving her professional fees, deposit and withdraw money being her boyfriend. later on, she noticed that her hard-earned money, which respondent has access and control, was missing.
