NAIA-3 International Flights

The Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3 (NAIA-3) will have its international flights this August 1, as Cebu Pacific moves both its local and international operations to the site.
Cebu Pacific currently flies to 40 destinations, 24 domestic and 16 international.

why is the flight of cebu pacific hongkong to manila dated aug. 1, 2008 time of departure to Hongkong is 9:55pm why is it delayed?
