The country commemorates the 61st death anniversary of the late President Manuel Roxas, the third and last President of the Commonwealth and the first of the Republic of the Philippines.There will be a wreath laying activities at the North Cemetery where his remains laid,at the Clark Airbase Pampanga where he died and at Roxas City where he was born.Masses were also held in selected churches all over the country.
