Cristine Reyes was reportedly replaced Heart Evangelista’s character in the upcoming horror movie ” Patient X ” as Richard Gutierrez’s leading lady. This was after Heart was rushed to the hospital due to appendisitis. The movie will be directed by Yam Laranas and will be shown in theaters this coming October.
