GMA-7 has revealed the cast of characters for the comeback of Mars Ravelos’s ” Darna ” with Marian Rivera as the lead role. The story conference was held this week at the GMA Network Center. Here they are;

Efren – Mark Anthony Fernandez
Valentina – Iwa Moto
Ding – Buboy Villar
Narda’s Parents – Rita Avila and Jestoni Alarcon
Darna’s Villains – Nadine Samonte, Isabel Oli, and Ehra Madrigal
Mother of Valentina – Janice de Belen
Valentina’s father – Paolo Contis ( King of all the Snakes )
Director of the Orphanage – Celia Rodriguez

Other cast includes Angel Aquino, Bearwin Meily, Alfred Vargas, Margaret Wilson, Caridad Sanchez, Gabby Eigenmann, and Roxanne Barcelo.

Directed by Dominic Zapata and Don Michael Perez, coming this August on GMA Telebabad.
