It’s official, Judy Anne Santos and Ryan Agoncillo are engaged. It all happened during the first few minutes of Juday’s 30th birthday celebrated last May 11 at the Antulang Beach Resort in Dumaguete, Negros Oriental. The couple, now in Europe with friends for a much-needed vacation, had a tell-all interview in YES Magazine, through an interview with Associate Editor Anna Pingol.
