Yes, people. The SSS Online Inquiry System is Always Down!
A lot of people are complaining that they cannot access the Social Security System’s (SSS) online inquiry system (URL: https://www.sss.gov.ph/sss/login.jsp)
Millions of Filipinos are counting on the website to provide them with information about their monthly contributions and other details but it’s always down.
One visitor has given us an alternative URL here but sometimes it’s also down and cannot be accessed too.

hi sss..kelan po ninyo ibblik ang online inquiry…kelangan poh namen ang site na yan.ang hirap kc lalot agency ang my hawak samen minsan di poh hinuhulog.
it’s so frustrating… i’ve been trying to connect to sss website but its down. Previously i can log-in but now even the site is not accessible ….. I hope this is not the start of slowly hiding information to us contributors…. I hope that the funds will not be used for personal interest especially now that Mr. EXECUTIVE PRIVILEGES is running the organization…..

I thought that the Philippine Gov’t. is trying to update itself thru internet connections service to their countrymen. I was wrong.
Please fix your site. somebody who was able to access your site did something that contaminated it with too much virus. Please we need your immediate action on this.

sana SSS balik nyo na ang online inquiry..gusto koh na poh magloan kya lang nd koh alam kung nkakailang hulog na ko kz poh sa online inquiry lang makikita ang list ng contribution koh…sana ibalik nyo na poh ung dati…kakapagod na poh kz ng pabalik balik ng SSS,,,,at hindi koh rin poh alam kung nahu2lugan ba ng tama ng employer koh ang SSS koh…
very dissapointing naman…kaming andito sa ibang bansa dito lang umaasa sa online inquiry, pero inutil naman! puro papogi at daldal lang ang mga namumuno diyan sa SSS! trabaho naman kayo, hindi yong mga sariling interes lang ang inaatupag ninyo!

Is SSS really serious in making its online services work? Why do they ignore the comments. No effort is being made whatsoever to correct the situation. I cannot even register because the SSS number cannot be inputted- the last 2 characters cannot be accepted. I kept on filing the blanks anyway and after submiting it, the registration site says invalid SSS number. When do we start to behave like civilized people?

hay naku nakakaHB talaga ang SSS na yan. marami na nagrereklamo pero wala pa din ngyayari. ubos na oras mo, eh masisira pa pati araw mo. badtalaga! pati phone inquiry na 9177777 bulok din! gawa gawa pa sila noon eh palpak din! Asar!

please pki update naman ng system nyo…. or kun ayaw nyo please provide us ng site na puede kami mg inquire ng loans and contri. naman… mrs president gising action malapit na pasko pa pasko mo na nalang sa mga filipino na member ng sss.
everytym n ng-vi-visit ako s site ng SSS or even ung BIR just to get some info lgi n lng tong down. even kh8 mgreresearch lng ako regarding ung bsic lng (eg. profile nila), d aq mkkuha ng info kc lging down ung site nla. student lng kmi kya d n kmi gaanung na-i-entertain ng ilng employee ng mga agency, so s website n lng nla kmi umaasa, but then even the site seems to be “unreachable”.
db kya nga may website ang isang company/agency ay para ma-update ang masa regarding the company itself, ung contributions ng employees etc. ano p ang sense nito kung lgi nmang down! sana alm nio p rin aim nio kung bk8 kau gumawa ng website.
pls. lng po s mga system admin or programmers ng online inquiry ng SSS wag nio n pong asahan ung mismong nmumuno s inyo n ausin p ung site nio. kc kau mismo responsibilidad nio n yan. mrami ring gngawa ung leder nio.
